Every coat and jacket can be protected for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects.
How to get it
- Add 1-Year Coat Protection for $14.99 per coat or jacket.
- Free on orders of $500 or more: when your order total after discounts is $500 or more, every item in that order is covered automatically. No add-on needed.
What is covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear: seams coming apart, zipper or snap failure, lining tears, and buttons or hardware breaking.
What we do
We send a replacement of the same piece (or the closest available match if it has sold out). If no replacement is available, we give store credit for the price you paid for that item.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, pilling or fading over time
- Accidents, burns, tears from snagging, pets
- Stains or damage from washing or drying against the care label
- Loss or theft
- Fit or sizing (use our 30-day returns for that)
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number, the item, and clear photos of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Coverage is for the original purchaser, for 1 year from the delivery date, one replacement per covered item.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under our returns policy and any rights you have under law.
