The slippers are very cute and comfortable, I have no problem with that, very satisfied, and the shipping was on the date they said, but the delivery was terrible. The package clearly states an exact address, and I don't know how they could confuse a building at 27 with one that clearly says 35, and two days later I have my package, but the neighbor who received it was kind enough to bring it to my house. Other than that, everything is very good.
