1-Year Coat Protection

Add one plan per coat or jacket. For 1 year from delivery, if your coat has a manufacturing defect, we replace it.

• Covers: seams coming apart, zipper or snap failure, lining tears, buttons or hardware breaking, under normal wear.
• Fix: a replacement of the same piece (or the closest match if it sells out), or store credit for what you paid for the coat.
• How to claim: email us your order number and photos of the issue.
• Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidents, stains, damage from washing against the care label, loss, or sizing (use our 30-day returns for fit).

Orders of $500 or more (after discounts) include this protection free on every item.
