I received my slippers in good condition. They are extremely comfortable , soft and lightweight. I have cooled feet and the floor in my house gets extremely cold in the winter. These slippers keeps my feet warm with or without socks. I wear them indoors or outdoors. I recommend these slippers if you have the same issues as me. I bought two of them.
